上海交通大学医学院附属国际和平妇幼保健院药剂科
中国福利会国际和平妇幼保健院于1952年由新中国的缔造者之一、国家名誉主席、中国福利会创始人宋庆龄先生亲自创办，是一所集医疗、保健、教学和科研为一体的三级甲等妇产科专科和妇幼保健医院、上海交通大学医学院附属医院、国家级爱婴医院。药剂科成立于建院早期，是国内较早开展妇儿药学特色服务的科室。
2022年9月，在建院70周年之际，医院奉贤院区开业运行。现有徐汇和奉贤两个院区，核定床位980张，其中徐汇院区480张，奉贤院区500张。年门诊量130万人次，年出院人数5万人次，年手术量3.1万人次，围产保健指标处于发达国家先进水平。建院70年来，医院的医疗业务发展始终从国情、民情出发，立足于满足国家需要和人民需求，聚焦妇幼领域的健康工作，已有近50万名新生儿在此诞生，服务人群已达3000万人。药剂科近年来业务增长快速，平均年处方/医嘱调配量达160万余张/年，药学门诊1200余人次/年。
药剂科在两院区设有门诊药房、急诊药房、住院药房、手术室药房、静配中心、药库及临床药学室等部门，实行一院两区同质化管理，配备全自动发药机，单剂量分包机、智能精麻柜、智能存储药架、气动物流系统、智能送药机器人等先进的药学设备，承担全院药品供应保障、临床药学服务等工作内容。
药剂科现有药学专业技术人员42名，其中临床药师团队9名，主任药师1名，副主任药师1名，主管药师8名；博士学历3名，硕士学历5名。建立了以学科带头人和学术骨干为主的学术团队，完善了妇科病区、产科病区、乳腺科病区、新生儿科、计划生育科及ICU的临床药师岗位设置，实现了临床药学工作全覆盖。
为更好的满足医院业务发展的需要、加强药学学科建设，药剂科非常重视人才梯队建设和培养，积极推进药学新项目的临床应用、提升科研能力及药学服务能力，提高药学人员内涵。近年来引进药学相关专业博士研究生2名，硕士研究生3名，为药学学科发展注入新的力量。以临床药学为核心,优化人才培养、教育和使用的模式，逐渐形成结构更加合理的人才梯队。鼓励科室人员通过培训、进修、研究生培养等多个方式进行学术水平和学历层次提升。每年派科室人员参加临床药师规范化培训，积极培养临床药学人才，为临床药学的发展积聚力量。充分发挥骨干人才的带头作用，逐步调动药剂科全员的工作热情、学习氛围，以实现“培养一个带动一片”的目的，提高药学科室文化建设、提升药学服务水平，促进药剂科健康良性发展。
药剂科始终秉持“以患者为中心，以合理用药为核心，全心全意为妇女儿童服务”的宗旨，立足为妇女儿童提供优质药学服务。在做好药事管理等传统药学工作的同时，为临床提供专科特色的临床药学服务。通过开设药学门诊，为妊娠期、哺乳期、更年期等女性提供全生命周期的合理用药咨询服务。通过开展血药浓度监测和药物基因检测，为患者提供精准化药学服务。通过开设静脉配置中心，使药师利用自己的专业知识为患者用药安全保驾护航。
近年来，药剂科科研能力不断提升，科研成果显著增长。承担完成局级人才项目1项，上海市申康中心研究型医师创新转化能力培训项目1项，上海市卫健委科普专项1项，校级课题6项，院级课题1项；发表SCl论文6篇，核心论文10余篇。2017年获上海市临床药事管理优秀单位；2020年荣获上海市妇幼药学知识与技能大赛药学知识与技能大赛二等奖；2021年获上海市“医苑新星”优秀学员奖；2021年获上海市合理用药宣传先进个人；连续8年获上海市药学会年度优秀服务示范窗口和上海市优秀药师奖；多次荣获上海市徐汇区药品不良反应监测工作先进集体。

The International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital of China welfare institute (IPMCH), which was founded by Mme. Soong Ching Ling, the former Honorary Chairman of the Central Committee with the Stalin Peace Prize of 100,000 Russian ruble on 18th Sept 1952, now is an AAA Grade special Ob-Gyn Hospital, attached to Medicine College Shanghai Jiaotong University.The pharmacy departmentwas established in the early days of the hospital, which was the earliest department to carry out maternal and pediatric pharmacy services in China.
In September 2022, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the hospital, the Fengxian Hospitalareaof the hospital was opened for operation. Currently, there are two hospitalareasin Xuhui and Fengxian, with 980 approved beds, including 480 in Xuhui District and 500 in Fengxian District. The annual outpatient volume is 1.3 million, the annual discharge number is 50,000, and the annual operation volume is 31,000. The perinatal health care index is at the advanced level in developed countries. In the past 70 years since its establishment, the medical business development of the hospital has always been based on the national conditions, based on meeting the needs of the country and the needs of the people, focusing on the health work in the field of women and children. Nearly 500,000 newborns have been born here, and the service population has reached 30 million. In recent years, the business of pharmacy department has grown rapidly, with an average annual prescription / prescription allocation amount of more than 1.6 million / year, and more than 1200 pharmaceutical outpatients / year.
The Pharmacy Department is equipped with outpatient pharmacies, emergency pharmacies, inpatient pharmacies, operating room pharmacies,pharmacyintravenousadmixtureservices, drug stores, and clinical pharmacy rooms in the two hospital districts. It implements homogenization management in the two hospital districts and is equipped with advanced pharmaceutical equipment such as fully automatic medicine dispensing machines, single-dose packaging machines, intelligent precision and anesthetic cabinets, intelligent storage shelves, air-driven logistics systems, and intelligent medicine delivery robots. It also bears the responsibilities of drug supply guarantee and clinical pharmacy services for the entire hospital.
At present, there are 42 pharmacist, including 9 clinical pharmacists, 1 chief pharmacist, 1 deputy chief pharmacist, 8 competent pharmacists, 3 doctoral degree and 5 master degree. The personnel structure has been optimized, and the post setting of clinical pharmacists in gynecological ward, obstetric ward, breast ward, neonatal department and ICU has been improved, realizing the wide coverage of clinical pharmacists.
In order to better meet the needs of hospital business development and strengthen the construction of pharmaceutical disciplines, the pharmacy department attaches great importance to the construction and training of talent echelon, actively promotes the clinical application of new pharmaceutical projects, improves scientific research capabilities and pharmaceutical service capabilities, and enhances the connotation of pharmaceutical personnel. In recent years, two doctoral students and three master's students in related fields of pharmacy have been introduced to inject new vitality into the development of pharmacy disciplines. Focusing on clinical pharmacy, we have optimized the mode of talent training, education, and use, and gradually formed a more reasonable talent echelon structure. We encourage department staff to improve their academic level and educational level through various methods such as training, further study, and postgraduate training. Each year, we send department staff to participate in standardized training for clinical pharmacists, actively cultivate clinical pharmacy talents, and accumulate strength for the development of clinical pharmacy. We will give full play to the leading role of backbone talents, gradually mobilize the work enthusiasm and learning atmosphere of all members of the pharmacy department, in order to achieve the purpose of "training one to drive a group", improve the culture construction of the pharmacy department, enhance the level of pharmaceutical services, and promote the healthy and benign development of the pharmacy department.
The pharmacy department always adheres to the purpose of "taking patients as the center, taking rational drug use as the core, and serving women and children wholeheartedly", based on providing quality pharmaceutical services for women and children. While doing a good job in traditional pharmaceutical work such as pharmaceutical management, it provides clinical pharmacy services with specialized characteristics. Through the establishment of pharmaceutical outpatient service, it provides rational drug use consultation services for women during pregnancy, lactation and menopause. By carrying out blood drug concentration monitoring and drug gene testing, we can provide accurate pharmaceutical care for patients. By opening a vein configuration center, the professional knowledge of pharmacists provides a guarantee for patient drug safety.
In recent years, the scientific research capability of the pharmacy department has been continuously improved, and the number of scientific research achievements has increased significantly. It has completed 1 talent project at the bureau level, 1 research project of innovation and transformation ability training for research-based doctors from Shanghai Shenkang Center, 1 special project of science popularization from Shanghai Health Commission, 6 school-level projects, and 1 hospital-level project. It has published 6 SCl papers and more than 10 core papers. In 2017, it won the Excellent Unit of Shanghai Clinical Pharmacy Management. In 2020, it was awarded the second prize of the Pharmacy Knowledge and Skills Competition of Maternity and Child Health Pharmacy Knowledge and Skills Competition in Shanghai. In 2021, it won the Excellent Learner Award of "Medical Star" in Shanghai. In 2021, it won the Advanced Individual Award for Rational Drug Use Promotion in Shanghai. It has won the Annual Excellent Service Demonstration Window of Shanghai Pharmaceutical Society and the Excellent Pharmacist Award in Shanghai for 8 consecutive years. It has also been awarded the Advanced Collective for Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring in Xuhui District, Shanghai for many times.
