上海市同仁医院药学部

上海市同仁医院药学部作为“上海市临床药学重点专科”、上海交通大学医学院硕博士培养点以及博士后流动站,承担了“中华医学会临床药师规范化培训基地”、“上海市社区临床药师培训基地”、“长宁区智能化审方中心“和”长宁区临床药事质控中心”等工作,制定了我国首部《中国药物相关问题分类系统使用标准(1.0版)》,实现区域内全部社区卫生服务中心的处方医嘱信息远程审核和点评,是上海市麻醉药品/第一类精神药品管理规范主要拟定者。

药学部人才储备丰富,部门设置齐全,现有药学专业技术人员81名,高级职称9人,博士学历6人,临床药师17人,下设一个办公室和3个二级部门,分别为药学部办公室,药事管理部门、药品调剂部门和临床药学部门,其中临床药学部门包含教研室和实验室。

科室注重学科建设和人才培养,近五年先后完成培养卫生部临床药师规范化培训12人,上海市临床药师规范化培训43人,国家级及上海基地带教师资7名,培养了上海市首位“银蛇奖”临床药师,获得上海市“优秀青年医学人才”、上海交通大学医学院“高原高峰青年培养”计划,多名药师获得“国家优秀临床药师”、“上海市优秀临床药师”、“上海市优秀临床药师带教老师”荣誉。学科连续多次获得“上海市卫生计生系统先进集体”、“上海市第四批临床药学重点专科”、“上海市临床药事管理先进单位”、“上海市社区临床药事在职规划化培训优秀基地” 和上海医学科技奖三等奖等荣誉称号。

药学部围绕“以病人为中心”为工作核心,秉承“确保药品质量和供应,开展药学服务”为工作目标,逐步建立“信息化、自动化、科学化”的工作模式,提升药学服务内涵,促进临床合理用药。随着医疗改革的不断深入,科室全体人员正努力实现从保障供应型向“以病人为中心,以临床药学为核心”的功能转变。


Department of Pharmacy, Shanghai Tongren Hospital

The Pharmacy Department of Tongren Hospital in Shanghai serves as a key discipline for clinical pharmacy in Shanghai, a postgraduate training site for master’s and doctoral candidates at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and a postdoctoral research station. It undertakes various roles including being a training base for standardized clinical pharmacists of the Chinese Medical Association, a training base for community clinical pharmacists in Shanghai, and the intelligent prescription review center and clinical pharmaceutical quality control center in Changning District. The department has established the first national“Classification System for Drug-Related Problems: Usage Standards (Version 1.0)”in China, achieving remote review and feedback on prescription orders for all community health service centers in the region. It is also a major contributor to the management specifications for narcotic drugs and Class I psychotropic substances in Shanghai.

The Pharmacy Department boasts a rich talent pool and comprehensive departmental structure, currently staffed by 81 pharmacy professionals, including 9 with senior professional titles, 6 with doctoral degrees, and 17 clinical pharmacists. It has one office and three sub-departments: the Pharmacy Department Office, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Management Department, the Drug Dispensing Department, and the Clinical Pharmacy Department, with the latter including a teaching and research office and a laboratory.

The department emphasizes discipline construction and talent development. In the past five years, it has trained 12 clinical pharmacists through a standardized training program from the Ministry of Health, 43 clinical pharmacists through Shanghai’s standardized training program, and has developed 7 instructors for national-level and Shanghai-based training programs. It nurtured Shanghai’s first“Silver Snake Award”clinical pharmacist and has received honors such as“Outstanding Young Medical Talent”in Shanghai and the“High-altitude and Peak Youth Training Program”from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. Several pharmacists have been recognized as“National Excellent Clinical Pharmacists,” “Outstanding Clinical Pharmacists in Shanghai,”and“Outstanding Clinical Pharmacist Instructors in Shanghai.”The department has received multiple accolades, including“Advanced Collective of the Shanghai Health and Family Planning System,” “Fourth Batch of Key Clinical Pharmacy Disciplines in Shanghai,” “Advanced Unit in Clinical Pharmaceutical Management in Shanghai,” “Excellent Training Base for On-the-job Community Clinical Pharmacy in Shanghai,”and the third prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award.

The Pharmacy Department is centered on the motto“Patient-Centered”with the goal of“Ensuring the quality and supply of drugs while providing pharmaceutical services.”It gradually establishes a working model characterized by“information-based, automated, and scientific”practices, enhancing the connotation of pharmaceutical services and promoting rational drug use in clinical settings. As medical reforms deepen, all staff in the department are striving to transition from a supply-oriented model to one that is“patient-centered and focused on clinical pharmacy.”
