上海交通大学医学院附属第六人民医院始创于1904年,是一家历经百余年积淀的三级甲等综合医院。2002年成为上海交通大学附属医院。我院药学部是上海市首批临床药学重点专科,为上海交通大学药学专业博士点和上海中医药大学中药学专业博士点。于2010年被批准成为国家卫健委(原卫生部)中国医院协会临床药师培训基地,2011年成为上海市医院协会首批临床药师培训基地,2020年加入国家卫健委紧缺人才临床药师培训项目。每年秋季面向全国招收ICU、抗感染、心血管、肿瘤、疼痛5个专业, 2010-2024年共毕业学员212名。2018年成为中华医学会首批临床药师培训基地,同时也是中华医学会临床药师师资培训基地,每年秋季面向全国招收ICU、抗感染、心血管、肿瘤、疼痛、营养、神经内科7个专业,共毕业学员49名。2024年被批准为国家卫健委紧缺人才药师岗位培训基地,承担药学门诊、住院药学监护、处方审核调剂岗位培训,有20名省级认证带教老师,其中1名带教老师参与国家卫健委紧缺人才药师岗位培训全国课程录制。
基地在临床药师培训方面积累了丰富的教学经验,多次被评为优秀临床药师培训基地,多名带教师资获得优秀带教老师称号,开展抗感染、抗凝、疼痛等药物治疗相关的会诊工作,带教老师临床药学实践经验丰富,年会诊量达1300余例。基地教学骨干全部为研究生学历,其中博士5名,博士研究生导师2名,硕士研究生导师3名。92%的专科带教老师取得副主任药师及以上职称。带教老师参加肿瘤药学门诊、PCCM(呼吸与危重症医学)咳喘药学服务项目(CWPC)、医院VTE防治项目等工作,疼痛专业依托骨科国家医学中心创建骨科幻肢痛特色药学服务体系。
基地临床药师培训实行导师制,带教老师切实负责带教学员参与临床药物治疗管理,注重临床药学实践技能的培养。通过一年临床药师规范化培训,使学员了解专科常见疾病发病机制、临床表现、诊断及药物治疗;能够初步阅读和分析相关医疗文书;具有专科常见疾病临床药物治疗方案设计和评价的能力,能够预防、发现、解决潜在或实际存在的用药问题,并能陈述理由和记录;熟练掌握专科常用药品,具有药物选择、临床应用、判断药物疗效和药物不良反应的能力;具有与医护人员、患者良好交流沟通的能力;具备持续开展临床药学工作的能力。
基地为学员提供良好的学习办公环境,提供独立办公桌,专用内网电脑查看医院HIS系统,并有上海交通大学医学院局域网络覆盖,比邻医院图书馆,可方便、快捷、全面的查阅国内外文献;另外,我院开设临床医学院本科课程,可供选修学习医学理论知识。

Shanghai Sixth People’s Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, established in 1904,is a comprehensive tertiary hospital with over a century of history.In 2002, it became an affiliated hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The Department of Pharmacy is a pioneer in clinical pharmacy specialties in Shanghai, responsible for the doctoral training ofthePharmaceutical SciencesprogramatShanghai Jiao Tong University andthe Traditional Chinese MedicineprogramatShanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2010, it was designated as a clinical pharmacist training base by the National Health Commission (formerly the Ministry of Health) and theChineseHospital Association. In 2011, it became one of the first clinical pharmacist training bases of the Shanghai Hospital Association. In 2020,it enlisted in the National Health Commission's clinical pharmacist training program to address the urgent need for qualified professionals.Annually, thebaseadmits students from across the country in five specialties: ICU, anti-infection, cardiovascular, oncology, and pain management.The department takes pride in having graduated 212 students from 2010 to 2024.Moreover, it earned recognition in 2018 as one of the foremostclinical pharmacist training bases of the Chinese Medical Association and also a facultytraining base for clinical pharmacists ofthe Chinese Medical Association.In its commitment to excellence, the department enrolls students nationwide each yearin seven specialties: ICU, anti-infection, cardiovascular, oncology, pain management, nutrition, and neurology, with 49 graduates. Notably,in 2024, it was authorized as a trainingsitefor the National Health Commission Shortage Talent Pharmacist Position Training, responsible for outpatient pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy monitoring, prescription review and dispensing training. This achievement was made possible with the dedication of 20 provincially certified preceptors, one of whom is actively involved in the nationwide course recording for this program.
Thedepartmenthas garnered extensive experience in clinical pharmacist training and has consistently been acknowledged as an exemplary training base for clinical pharmacists. A significant number of our preceptors have been honored with the title of Excellent Preceptor. These preceptors offer in-hospital consultations pertaining to drug therapies such as anti-infection, anticoagulation, and pain management, conducting over 1,300 consultations annually.Our core teaching staff all hold postgraduate degrees, including five with doctorates, two doctoral supervisors, and three master's supervisors.Ninety-two percentofour specialized preceptorshave achieved the title of Associate Chief Pharmacist or above. Thepreceptorsparticipate in outpatient oncology pharmacy services, Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine(PCCM), Cough & Wheeze Pharmaceutical Care Clinic(CWPC), andVenousThromboembolism(VTE) Prevention andControl project. The pain management specialty, relying on the National Orthopedics Medical Center, has established a distinctive pharmaceutical service system for orthopedic phantom limb pain.
Moreover, the mentorship system employed in the clinical pharmacist training base places genuine responsibility on preceptors to guide trainees in clinical medication management, with a focus on cultivating practical clinical pharmacy skills. At the completion of the one-year standardized training,traineeswillunderstand the pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment of common diseases intheir specialty; be able to preliminarily read and analyze relevant medical documents;possessthe ability to design and evaluatemedication treatment plans for common diseases intheir specialty;be capable ofpreventing,identifying, and solvingpotential orexistingmedication problems, and be able to articulate reasons and document them; master the commonly used drugs in the specialty,withthe ability to selectmedication,monitorefficacy, and identify adverse drug reactions; have good communication skills with healthcare professionals and patients; andpossess capability to continuously improve the clinical skills.
The base offers trainees a conducive learning and working environment, including individual desks, dedicated intranet computers for accessing the hospital's HIS system, and access to the hospital library for quick retrieval of domestic and international literature. Furthermore, as an added benefit, the hospital provides undergraduate courses in clinical medicine as electives for trainees, enabling them to gain a solid understanding of medical fundamentals.
