中国医院协会临床药师培训基地、中华医学会临床药师培训基地、上海市医院协会临床药师培训基地
上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院是一所集医、教、研工作为一体的综合性三级甲等医院，医院现有南部院区（制造局路639号）、北部院区（漠河路280号）、浦东院区（高科西路1908号）、浦东科教园区（锦尊路115号）和祝桥院区（在建）。医院拥有国家重点学科3个、国家临床重点专科9个、国家211工程重点学科3个、上海市临床重点专科8个和上海市临床医学中心3个。
我院药剂科于2017年获批成为中国医院协会临床药师培训基地、上海市医院协会临床药师培训基地以及中华医学会临床药师培训基地，2020年加入国家卫健委紧缺人才临床药师培训项目。基地师资力量雄厚，拥有持师资带教证书的临床药师6名，其中高级职称3名。临床药师培训基地负责人原永芳主任结合医院临床强势科室及病种特色，重点围绕口腔肿瘤、眼表疾病、炎症性肠病、肝纤维化等慢病药学服务管理，带领基地常年开展肿瘤、抗凝、肠外肠内营养、全科、呼吸和通科专业临床药师规范化培训，已为全国培养多名优秀临床药师，累计结业学员100余名。基于上述平台条件和优势，基地为学员提供了全面、规范的培训课程和临床实践，推进培训学员全方位的发展。
近年来，九院药剂科不断加强临床药师队伍建设，鼓励临床药师医、教、研全面发展，已培养一批符合临床药学建设和基础与应用药学研究所需要的复合型人才，形成了稳定的临床药学人才队伍。科室已建立全方位且具有区域带动性的慢病药学服务模式，增设并细化临床药学服务亚专业，以提供高品质的临床药学服务水准，推进区域药学服务体系的建设。利用医院特色专科优势，依托九院医联体慢病服务、互联网药学服务、实时审方系统、精准药物治疗等平台，为患者提供分级诊疗模式下的慢病管理药学服务，通过信息化手段和药物检测技术促进安全合理用药并实现个体化用药，从药物联合应用、特殊人群用药、药物疗效和不良反应、慢病患者用药管理等方面让患者得到更专业的药学服务，打造九院特色的临床药学服务品牌。

Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicineis a comprehensive tertiary hospital that integrates medical care, education, and research. The hospital comprises multiple campuses, including the Southern Campus (639ZhizaojuRoad), Northern Campus (280 Mohe Road), Pudong Campus (1908 Gaoke West Road), Pudong Scientific and Educational Campus (115 Jinzun Road), and the under-construction Zhuqiao Campus. The hospital has three national key disciplines, nine national clinical key specialties, three key disciplines under the National 211 Project, eight Shanghai municipal clinical key specialties, and three Shanghai municipal clinical medical centers.
In 2017, the hospital’s Department of Pharmacy was approved as aClinical Pharmacist Training Baseofthe Chinese Hospital Association,the Shanghai Hospital Association, and the Chinese Medical Association. In 2020, it was incorporated into the National Health Commission’s Clinical Pharmacist Training Program for Shortage Talents. The training base is supported by a strong faculty, including six certified clinical pharmacist trainers, three of whom hold senior professional titles. Under the leadership of Director Yuan Yongfang, the base focuses on pharmaceutical service management for chronic diseases, particularly in areas such as oral tumors, ocular surface diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, and hepatic fibrosis. The base conducts standardized training programs in oncology, anticoagulation, parenteral and enteral nutrition, general practice, respiratory care, and other specialties, having trained over 100 outstanding clinical pharmacists nationwide.
In recent years, the Department of Pharmacy at the Ninth People’s Hospital has continually strengthened the development of its clinical pharmacist team, encouraging comprehensive growth in medical care, education, and research. The department has cultivated a group of multidisciplinary professionals essential for clinical pharmacy development and fundamental and applied pharmaceutical research, forming a stable and robust clinical pharmacy workforce. The department has established a comprehensive and regionally influential pharmaceutical care model for chronic disease management, expanding and refining clinical pharmacy sub-specialties to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services and advance regional pharmaceutical care systems.Leveraging the hospital’s specialized strengths, the department has integrated various platforms, including the Ninth People’s Hospital’s medical consortium for chronic disease management, internet-based pharmaceutical services, real-time prescription review systems, and precision medicine platforms, to deliver pharmaceutical care within a tiered diagnosis and treatment model. Through information technology and drug monitoring techniques, the department promotes safe, rational, and personalized medication use, offering professional pharmaceutical services in areas such as drug combination therapy, medication management for special populations, drug efficacy and adverse reactions, and chronic disease patient care. This initiative has established a distinctive clinical pharmacy service brand for the hospital.
