仁济医院临床药师培训基地

仁济医院是2005年首批中国医院协会临床药师培训基地，2018年成为中华医学会临床药师培训基地，2020年开始承担卫健委紧缺人才（临床药师）培训。2024年成为国家卫生健康委紧缺人才-药师岗位培训基地。此外，仁济医院也是上海市临床药师的规范化培训基地。

仁济临床药师培训基地师资力量雄厚，共有21位持证临床药师，其中15人获得中国医院协会或中华医学会临床药师培训师资资格。作为国家级临床药师培训基地，目前中国医院协会（包括卫健委紧缺人才-临床药师培训项目）共有6个专业招生，分别为抗感染、心内、肾内、神内、抗肿瘤和内分泌专业，中华医学会临床药师培训项目共有3个专业招生，分别为心内、ICU、移植专业。此外，基地还接受紧缺人才-药师岗位培训，内容包括药学门诊岗位、住院药学监护岗位、处方审核调剂岗位等。

基地自招生以来，已成功培育了一大批实践应用性临床药学人才。我们已为全国各省市输送了超过200名杰出的临床药师，他们的足迹遍布了除西藏、宁夏、甘肃之外的全国各地，为各地医疗事业贡献专业力量。在培训期间，学员们也积极投身于临床药学研究，共发表了近百篇学术论文，其中多篇论文荣获殊荣，更有一篇论文在2016年中国临床药学学术年会上脱颖而出，荣获论文一等奖，充分展示了基地学员优秀的学术能力和创新思维。

得益于规范的培养流程与突出的培训成绩，仁济医院临床药师培训基地屡获殊荣，多次被上海市评为“优秀临床药师培训基地”。同时，多位杰出的带教药师也凭借其专业的教学能力荣获“上海市优秀临床药师带教老师”的荣誉称号。

Clinical Pharmacist Training Base of Renji Hospital

Renji Hospital was the first batch of clinical pharmacist training bases of China Hospital Association in 2005, became a clinical pharmacist training base of Chinese Medical Association in 2018, and began to undertake the training of shortage talents (clinical pharmacist) of the Health Commission in 2020.In 2024, it became a training base of shortage talents-pharmacist position of the National Health and Health Commission. In addition, Renji Hospital is also a standardized training base for clinical pharmacists in Shanghai.

Renji Clinical Pharmacist Training Base has a strong faculty with 21 licensed clinical pharmacists, 15 of whom are qualified as clinical pharmacist training faculty by China Hospital Association or Chinese Medical Association. As a national clinical pharmacist training base, there are currently 6 specialties enrolled in the China Hospital Association (including the shortage of talents-Clinical Pharmacist Training Program of the Health Commission), which are anti-infective, cardiology, nephrology, neurology, anti-tumor and endocrine specialties, and there are 3 specialties enrolled in the Clinical Pharmacist Training Program of the Chinese Medical Association, which are cardiology, ICU, and transplantation specialties. In addition, the base also accepts training for shortage talents-pharmacist positions, including pharmacy outpatient positions, inpatient pharmacy guardianship positions, prescription audit and transfer positions.

Since its enrollment, the base has successfully cultivated a large number ofpractical and applied clinical pharmacy talents. We have sent more than 200 outstanding clinical pharmacists to various provinces and cities across the country, and their footprints have spread all over the country except Tibet, Ningxia and Gansu, contributing their professional strength to the medical care of each place. During the training period, the trainees also actively engaged in clinical pharmacy research and published nearly 100 academic papers, many of which won awards, and one paper stood out in the 2016 China Clinical Pharmacy Academic Annual Meeting and won the first prize of the paper, which fully demonstrated the excellent academic ability and innovative thinking of the base trainees.

Thanks to the standardized training process and outstanding training achievements, the clinical pharmacist training base of Renji Hospital has won many awards and has been awarded as “Excellent Clinical Pharmacist Training Base” by Shanghai Municipality for many times. At the same time, many outstanding pharmacists have been awarded the honorary title of “Shanghai Excellent Clinical Pharmacist Teachers” for their professional teaching ability.
