中国医院协会-精神专科临床药师培训基地
本中心为精神专科医院，2023年药学部申请并获批第十四批中国医院协会临床药师培训基地，基地提供精神科临床药师规范化培训专业。本中心药学部门已经开展药学门诊、住院药学监护、处方审核调剂（信息化审方）等药学服务，并有明确的工作制度、流程和操作规范，药师具有丰富的临床经验，同时在中心临床药师培训中有相应的理论课程，能够满足药师岗位培训相适应的师资力量。
本中心有配置满足药师岗位培训所需要的设备设施，如药学门诊，有独立的诊室、内网电脑可供患者病历查询、外网电脑和书籍可供药师文献资料查询、可供药师记录药学门诊相关内容的信息软件。住院药学监护，有供药师查房使用的Ipad，临床药师工作站供药师进行查房记录，通过临床药师工作平台，临床药师采用PCNE分类系统对精神科相关病例进行药学监护，对存在的药物相关问题进行系统而标准的分析,归类及干预,实现连贯的药学监护模式。提高了临床药师在药学监护中的效率,更好地发挥临床药师在临床中的作用,实现药学监护模式的精准化与标准化。有台式电脑供药师记录药学查房内容和其他相关工作内容，对学员有独立的临床药师办公室。处方审核，有信息化处方审核软件系统。
医院建立“临床药师培训带教组”，每个培训专业组由临床药师和各相关临床科室临床医师组成培训带教组，共同制定具体教学计划并共同承担教学工作，负责学员的日常培训工作和指导学员参加临床诊疗活动与药物治疗工作实践。
药学部结合医院的诊疗特色、临床教学优势，及中心重点学科建设，成立了儿少科、老年科、心境障碍科和早期精神干预科专业临床药师带教组，培训病房临床带教医师应具有副高及以上专业技术职称，具有较强的临床实践技能及理论水平，有一定的科研能力和外语水平，具有良好的医德医风、伦理道德观念，遵纪守法，为人师表，以身作则，熟悉并认真履行专科带教各项工作职责。

Shanghai Mental Health Center (SMHC) is a psychiatric specialty hospital. In 2023, theDepartment of Pharmacy applied for and was approved as the 14th batch of the Training Base of Clinical Pharmacist by the Chinese Hospital Association. The base provides standardized training for psychiatric clinical pharmacists. Our Department of Pharmacy has already carried out pharmacy services such as pharmaceutical clinic, inpatient pharmacy monitoring, prescription review and dispensing (information-based), and has clear working systems, processes, and operational standards. The pharmacists have rich clinical experience and, in the training of clinical pharmacists at the center, there are corresponding theoretical courses that can meet the teaching strength suitable for pharmacist position training.
The SMHC is equipped with the necessary facilities and equipment for the training of clinical pharmacists. In thepharmaceutical clinic, there are independent consultation rooms, internal network computers for patient medical records, external network computers and books for pharmacists to refer to, and information software for pharmacists to record relevant content of the pharmaceutical clinic. For inpatient pharmacy monitoring, there are iPads for pharmacists to use during ward rounds, a clinical pharmacist workstation for pharmacists to record round notes, use the PCNE classification system to conduct pharmacy monitoring on mental disorder cases, systematically and standardly analyze, categorize, and intervene with existing drug-related issues, achieve a coherent model of pharmacy monitoring. This has improved the efficiency of clinical pharmacists in pharmacy monitoring, better utilizing the role of clinical pharmacists in clinical practise, and achieving precision and standardization in the pharmacy monitoring model. There are desktop computers for pharmacists to record the content of pharmacy rounds and other related work, and a independent clinical pharmacist office for trainees. For prescription review, there is an information-based prescription review software system.
The hospital has established "Clinical Pharmacy Training and Teaching Groups," each training specialty group is composed of clinical pharmacists and clinical physicians from relevant clinical departments. They jointly develop specific teaching plans and undertake teaching tasks together, being responsible for the daily training of trainees and guiding them to participate in clinical diagnostic and treatment activities as well as practical work in drug therapy.
The Department of Pharmacy, in conjunction with the hospital's diagnostic and treatment characteristics, clinical teaching strengths, and the construction of key disciplines at SMHC, has established specialized clinical pharmacy teaching groups for pediatric and adolescent psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, mood disorder, and early psychiatric intervention. Training ward clinical teaching physicians should have a professional technical title of associate senior or above, possess strong clinical practice skills and theoretical knowledge, have certain scientific research capabilities and foreign language proficiency, have good medical ethics and ethical concepts, abide by laws and regulations, serve as role models, set an example, and be familiar with and conscientiously fulfill the various responsibilities of specialized teaching.
In 2023, the first batch of clinical pharmacy training trainees, consisting of 6 individuals, is about to complete their training. In the fall of 2024, this base will be able to recruit 9 trainees.
