上海市儿童医院(上海交通大学医学院附属儿童医院)
上海市儿童医院(上海交通大学医学院附属儿童医院)是一所集医疗、保健、教学、科研、康复于一体的三级甲等儿童医院。医院前身是由著名儿科专家富文寿及现代儿童营养学创始人苏祖斐等前辈于1937年创办的上海难童医院,1953年更名为上海市儿童医院,是我国第一家儿童专科医院。2003年成为上海交通大学附属儿童医院,2022年更名为上海交通大学医学院附属儿童医院。
药学部先后获评为上海市临床药学重点专科、上海市重要薄弱学科建设单位、中华医学会首批临床药师学员培训基地、国家紧缺人才(药师岗位)培训基地、上海市药学会“药学科普学组”组长单位、国家重点研发计划精准医疗集成应用示范体系示范单位、中国健康促进基金会首批儿童个体化药学中心。现为沈阳药科大学和蚌埠医科大学临床药学专业硕士研究生导师受聘单位、上海健康医学院药学本科生实习基地。
药学部孙华君主任担任临床药师培训基地负责人,王学彬副主任担任临床药学学科(亚专科)带头人,现配备临床药师11名,具备师资带教6人,多人荣获市级人才专项、“优秀带教老师”等荣誉称号,1人入选上海市健康科普专家库。基地依托个体化药学实验室平台,注重治疗药物监测(TDM)﹑精准用药技术的临床应用实操培训及科研素养提升。2017年以来,基地围绕临床精准用药和儿童合理用药科普等开展系列研究,获批立项国家自然科学基金、上海市科委、上海市卫健委等各级各类课题30余项,发表论文100余篇(其中SCI 40余篇),授权专利3项。
基地目前开设4个儿科特色规范化培训专业方向(综合、抗感染、ICU和肾病),每年面向全国秋季招生,并培养3-6名全脱产的优秀儿科临床药师,至今已培养22名学员。此外,基地还承担短期临床药师、药学研究生和本科生等培训带教工作。

Shanghai Children's Hospital, School of medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University is a Grade III Class A hospital that integrates medical care, health care, teaching, scientific research, and rehabilitation.The hospital wasoriginally founded in 1937 as the Shanghai Orphanage Hospital by renowned pediatric expert Wenshou Fu and the founder of modern pediatric nutrition Zufei Su.It was renamed Shanghai Children's Hospital in 1953,becoming the first specialized pediatric hospital in China. In 2003, it became the Affiliated Children's Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In 2022, it was renamed as Shanghai Children's Hospital, School of medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Department of Pharmacy has been successively recognized asShanghai Municipal Key Specialty in Clinical Pharmacy, the construction Unit of Shanghai Important Weak Discipline, the firsttraining base for clinical pharmacists by Chinese Medical Association, a training basefor nationalscarcetalents(pharmacist position) by the National Health Commission,the lead unit of the "Pharmacy Science Popularization Group" by the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Association, a demonstration unit of the national key R&D plan for precision medical integrated application demonstration system,one ofthe first batch of children's personalized medicine centers of the China Health Promotion Foundation.It serves as an employment unit for graduate student tutors in the clinical pharmacy specialty from Shenyang Pharmaceutical University and Bengbu Medical University, and also acts as an internship base for undergraduate pharmacy students fromShanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
Professor Hua-Jun Sun, Director of the Department of Pharmacy, serves as the head of theclinical pharmacist training base. Professor Xue-Bin Wang, Deputy Director of theDepartment of Pharmacy, leads the clinical pharmacy discipline (sub-specialty). The base is currently staffed with 11 clinical pharmacists,6of whom have the teaching qualification. Several individuals have been honored with Municipal Talent Special Programand titles such as "Outstanding Tutor," and oneindividual hasbeen selected into the Shanghai Municipal Health Science Popularization Expert Database. The base relies on the personalized pharmacy laboratory platform, focusing on the practical training of TDM and Precision Medication Capabilityin clinical application for students and the improvement of scientific research literacy. Since 2017, the base hasconducteda series of studies aroundclinical precision medication and the popularization of rational drug use in children, approved more than 30 projects at various levels,including the National Natural Science Foundation, Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and Shanghai Municipal Health Commission, published approximately100paper (around40 of which are SCl-indexed), andbeen granted3 patents.
The base currently offers 4 pediatric characteristic standardized training professional directions (general, anti-infection, ICU, and nephrology). The base recruits students across the countrynationwideeachfall and trains 3-6 outstanding full-time pediatric clinical pharmacists every year.Up to now, it has trained a total of 22 students. In addition, the base also undertakes the training and tutoring of short-term clinical pharmacists, graduate students, and undergraduate students.
