中华医学会临床药学专科分会临床药师规划化培训学员培训中心
上海市同仁医院药学部作为上海市临床药学重点专科（区属）和上海市临床药事管理先进单位，近几年已逐渐形成分工明确、职责清晰的科室运行及学科分工网络。目前专职临床药师 15名，中华医学会临床药师带教师资4名，设置了肿瘤和ICU两个培训专业，上海市社区临床药师带教师资6名，工作覆盖普外科、ICU、呼吸内科、肿瘤科等十余个临床科室。药学部配备了先进的信息化辅助决策系统（临床药师信息工作站、移动药师系统，门诊+住院全事前审方系统、临床药师会诊中心、门诊合理用药咨询系统等），承担区域审方中心工作，国内首次开展“欧洲医药保健网络基金会（PCNE）药物相关问题分类体系”的国内验证、应用和宣讲工作，为医院构建合理用药全质量管理体系，为临床提供全程化，快捷、准确、优良的药学服务而不断努力。
以临床+药学双导师制、多学科研讨教学实践、标准案例教学实践和信息化决策教学打造高质量实践基地，2017～2023年连续七年获得“上海市优秀临床药师培训基地”称号，麻醉药品规范化管理、药源性疾病分类解析、网络时代用药宣教新模式和居家药学服务前沿理论入选上海市医院协会特色课程。从培养药学研究人才向培养服务应用人才转变，共培训临床药师 100余人、审方药师 200余人，为基层医疗机构培养了大量既能服务于临床，又精通日常药事管理实践的紧缺型人才。
The Clinical Pharmacist Training Center of the Clinical Pharmacy Specialty Branch of the Chinese Medical Association
The Pharmacy Department of Tongren Hospital in Shanghai, designated as a key discipline for clinical pharmacy in Shanghai (district-level) and recognized as an advanced unit for clinical pharmaceutical management, has gradually established a well-defined operational framework and division of labor in recent years. Currently, it has 15 full-time clinical pharmacists and 4 instructors from the Chinese Medical Association for clinical pharmacy education. The department offers specialized training in two areas: oncology and intensive care unit (ICU) care, and it has 6 instructors for community clinical pharmacy in Shanghai. Its services cover more than ten clinical departments, including general surgery, ICU, respiratory medicine, and oncology. The Pharmacy Department is equipped with advanced information technology-assisted decision-making systems, including a Clinical Pharmacist Information Workstation, a Mobile Pharmacist System, a comprehensive pre-prescription review system for outpatient and inpatient services, a clinical pharmacist consultation center, and an outpatient consultation system for rational drug use. It undertakes the role of a regional prescription review center and is the first in the country to validate, apply, and promote the“PCNE Classification System for Drug-Related Problems”developed by the European Pharmaceutical Care Network. The department continuously works towards building a comprehensive quality management system for rational medication use in the hospital and providing thorough, efficient, accurate, and high-quality pharmaceutical services to clinical settings.
To create a high-quality practical training base, the department employs a dual mentorship system combining clinical and pharmaceutical education, interdisciplinary discussion and teaching practices, standard case teaching practices, and information-based decision-making teaching. From 2017 to 2023, it has been awarded the title of“Outstanding Clinical Pharmacist Training Base in Shanghai”for seven consecutive years. The topics of standardized management of narcotic drugs, classification of drug-induced diseases, new models for medication education in the digital age, and contemporary home pharmaceutical services have been included in the special courses of the Shanghai Hospital Association. The focus has shifted from cultivating research talents in pharmacy to training application-oriented service professionals. More than 100 clinical pharmacists and over 200 prescription review pharmacists have been trained, producing a significant number of qualified personnel for grassroots medical institutions who can serve clinical needs while adeptly managing daily pharmaceutical practices.
