药物筛选及结构表征实验室
结构生物学与药物筛选实验室在重组蛋白表达纯化、蛋白晶体结构解析及药物筛选方面积累了丰富的经验,整合了生物信息学、生物化学、X-射线晶体学、实体小分子药物的高通量筛选技术、相互作用确证技术及实体小分子化合物库,搭建了蛋白层面和细胞层面的高通量实体小分子药物筛选系统,使筛选过程变得微量化、自动化和高通量,用于生化分析、合成生物学、细胞学、蛋白质组学与基因组学的高通量实体小分子化合物筛选和相互作用确证。
