• He holds an MBA degree and is a certified accountant. He graduated from the School of Management at Fudan University, majoring in Economic Management.

• He has successively served in various positions, including Assistant to the Director of the Health Sciences Institute at the Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Institute for Biological Sciences, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Director of Department of Audit at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Member of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Director of the Supervision Office at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Director of the Industry Management Center of the School Office at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; and Party Secretary of the School of Nursing at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.

• In 2011, he was honored as an Outstanding Communist Party Member by both Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
