School of Global Health

The School of Global Health, Chinese Center for Tropical Diseases Research, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (hereinafter referred to as ""SGH"") was established in Shanghai on June 16, 2019. The SGH is a sub-school under the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, which is co-sponsored by the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and the Chinese Center for Tropical Diseases Research. The SGH strives to build a world-class global health educational institution and a leading research platform on global health in Asia Pacific region. Therefore, by building a cross-regional education institution on global health and an international exchange center facilitated by trans-disciplines and cross-sectors scholars, the SGH is to be a gathering venue with the first-class specialists at home and abroad, and a talent highland of international scholars. Relying on the co construction units, it has established academic exchange relations with more than 70 academic institutions in more than 30 countries.
