心身医学特色学科简介
心身医学是医学、精神病学和心理学的交叉学科，是生物-心理-社会医学模式下的新兴的临床医学前沿学科，主要研究心理社会因素和生物学因素在疾病和健康时的相互关系。我院的心身科主要聚焦于由心理因素引起的功能性障碍。
心身医学特色学科依托上海市精神卫生中心临床心理科（心身科和心理咨询中心）这一基地，其中，心身科成立于1988年，是上海最早建立的心身科，也是全国最早的心身科之一。心身科采用德国心身医学模式，运用“心身同治”的综合性治疗方式，是医院的特色开放式病房。心身科成立以来，在学科带头人肖泽萍教授、张海音主任等心身医学专家的临床心理重点学科建设、国家临床重点专科建设-焦虑障碍亚专科建设、强迫障碍特色专科的基础上，发挥我院心身障碍的临床病源优势和心理干预优势，2017年成立心身医学特色学科。
心身医学特色学科已形成一支年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构合理的学科人才队伍：学科带头人陈珏主任医师，学科骨干有医院心理健康与脑电影像研究组PI杨志副研究员，医院防治科副主任卞茜主任医师，医院焦虑障碍PI王振主任医师。学科成员共22位，其中博导3人，硕导2人。
心身医学特色学科在各类神经症、进食障碍等心身障碍的诊治方面积累了丰富的临床经验，心理治疗成为我院乃至上海及全国的特色，并在焦虑障碍、强迫障碍、进食障碍的研究方面取得不少成果，近几年年举办了三届全国继续教育学习班——“中德心身医学培训项目”。2017年9月成立“强迫症诊治中心”、“进食障碍诊治中心”，并逐步建立进食障碍、强迫症的强化门诊项目（IOP）；2018年6月，心身科成为中华医学会心身医学分会批准的首批“中国心身医学整合诊疗中心”和首批“中国心身医学教育联盟基地”。学科与海德堡大学医院心身科、法兰克福圣灵医院心身科、上海多个综合性医院科室建立科研和临床合作。特色学科负责人陈珏目前为中国心理卫生协会心身医学专委会常委，中华医学会心身医学专委会委员、进食障碍学组组长、心理治疗学组副组长；学科骨干王振成功获得上海市科委“启明星”计划、上海市卫计委医疗系统“百人计划”，学科骨干杨志获上海市卫生系统优秀人才培养计划等。心身医学在国内的影响力不断提升。
目前，心身医学特色学科主要聚焦在进食障碍、惊恐障碍、躯体形式疼痛障碍三个我院心身科常见心身障碍，联合心理健康与脑电影像研究组、医院防治科，进一步发展心身障碍的科学研究、临床诊疗和预防、教学培训，拟建设一支结构合理、分工明确、团结协作、高产出的“心身医学”人才队伍，保持我中心的心身医学学科在上海的领先地位，并达到全国一流水平。
Introduction of the psychosomatic medicine characteristic discipline
Psychosomatic medicine is an interdisciplinary subject of medicine, psychiatry and psychology. It is an emerging frontier of clinical medicine under the bio-psycho-social medical model. It mainly studies the interrelationship between psychosocial factors and biological factors in disease and health. The psychosomatic department in our hospital mainly serves functional disorders caused by psychological factors.
The characteristic discipline of psychosomatic medicine mainly relies on the base of the Clinical Psychology Department (Psychosomatic and Psychological Counseling Center) of Shanghai Mental Health Center. The Psychosomatic Department was established in 1988, which is the earliest established psychosomatic department in Shanghai and one of the earliest established psychosomatic department all over China. The psychosomatic department is the characteristic open ward of our hospital which adopts the German psychosomatic medical model and uses the comprehensive treatment method of “Mental and Body Treatment”. Since the establishment of the Psychosomatic Department; on the basis of the Clinical Psychology Key Disciplines construction, National Key Clinical Specialties-anxiety disorders subspecialty construction, and the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder Specialty construction, leadered by Professor Xiao Zeping and Director Zhang Haiyin; taking the advantage of the clinic source and psychological intervention; in 2017, the characteristic discipline of psychosomatic medicine was established.
The characteristic discipline of psychosomatic medicine has formed a disciplined talent team with reasonable age structure, academic structure, and professional title structure: the chief leader of the discipline, Chen Yu, chief physician; and the backbone of the department including: Yang Zhi, associate research fellow, PI of mental health and EEG & imaging research group; Bian Qian, chief physician, deputy director of the prevention and treatment department; Wang Zhen, chief physician, PI of anxiety disorder group. There are 22 members in the discipline, including 3 PhD supervisors and 2 master supervisors.
The characteristic discipline of psychosomatic medicine has accumulated rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of various psychosomatic disorders, such as neurosis and eating disorders. Psychotherapy has become a feature of our hospital and even Shanghai and the whole country, and achieved many research products in anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders and eating disorders. In recent years, three national continuing education classes, the Sino-German psychosomatic medicine Training Program, were held. In September 2017, the “Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders Center” and the “Eating Disorder Center” were established, and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for eating disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder was gradually established. In June 2018, the Psychosomatic department became the first "China Psychosomatic Medicine Integrated Diagnosis and Treatment Center" and the first "China Psychosomatic Medicine Education Alliance Base", approved by the Chinese Medical Association Psychosomatic Medicine Branch. The discipline establishes scientific research and clinical cooperation with the psychosomatic department of Heidelberg University Hospital and Frankfurt Holy Spirit Hospital, and several comprehensive hospital in Shanghai. Chen Jue, the head of the characteristic descipline, currently is the member of the Standing Committee of the Psychosomatic Medicine Committee of the Chinese Mental Health Association; a member of the Psychosomatic Medicine Committee of the Chinese Medical Association; the leader of the Eating Disorders Group; and the deputy head of the Psychotherapy Group. Wang Zhen, backbon of the discipline, obtained "Qi Ming Xing" plan, funded by Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and "Hundred Talents Program", funded by Shanghai Health and Family Planning Commission. Yang Zhi, backbone of the discipline, won the Shanghai Health System outstanding talent training program. The influence of psychosomatic discipline in the country is increasing continuesly.
At present, the psychosomatic medical characteristic disciplines mainly focus on eating disorders, panic disorder, and somatic pain disorders, which were the common psychosomatic disorders in the psychology department of our hospital. Combined mental health and EEG imaging research groups, hospital prevention and treatment department, further develop the scientific reseach, clinical diagnosis / treatment/ prevention, teaching and training of psychosomatic disorders. We planned to build a talent team of "psychosomatic medicine" with reasonable structure, clear division of labor, solidarity and cooperation, high output. And maintain the leading position of the center in psychosomatic medicine in Shanghai, and reach the national first-class status.
