重点专科介绍
毒品滥用是当前面临的严重的公共卫生问题和社会问题。据2017禁毒报告数据显示，目前我国登记在册的吸毒人员已经达到255.5万，实际吸毒人员则高达1400万。其中以冰毒为主的合成毒品滥用者高达60%。虽然毒品滥用问题如此严重，但是在相关研究方面依然存在严重不足，包括戒毒模式单一、相关领域的专业人员缺乏，缺乏有效的戒毒方法等问题。
据此，上海市精神卫生中心物质成瘾团队针对合成毒品滥用这一严重问题，兼顾海洛因、酒精等其他精神活性物质依赖，对物质依赖患者的心理渴求、复吸的预防、心理社会康复进行重点攻关，争取在降低复吸率、改善合成毒品所致危害方面有所突破。同时，通过该项目的开展加快人才培养和成瘾专科队伍的建设，建立集医、教、研、防为一体的成瘾诊疗研究中心。
在对物质依赖人群社会心理健康状况及复吸行为进行影响因素分析的基础上，针对三类重点人群（海洛因依赖者、苯丙胺类（Amphetamine-type stimulans, ATS）合成毒品依赖者及酒依赖者）探索诊断评估和综合预防干预模式，并以相关的循证研究结果为依据，结合本专科既往实际工作中的临床经验和研究结果，为开发针对物质依赖人群的预防复吸方法提供科学依据。
通过实施本项目以及承担相关的科研课题，利用上海市精神卫生中心现有人才和平台条件，利用国内外协作机构的科学研究条件，造就一批学术造诣较深、在国内外有一定影响的骨干科研人员、临床医生和教师，特别是青年学术带头人的培养，保持一支政治业务素质优良、结构合理、人员精干、相对稳定的学术队伍和管理队伍；优化专科
人才结构，确保医疗、教育、科研质量有较大地提高；通过科研基础设施和平台建设，培养及吸引国内外优秀人才参加科学研究计划。
Drug abuse is a serious public health problem and social problem in China. According to the 2017 Drug Report of China, the number of registered drug users in China has reached 2.555 million, and the actual number of drug users is as high as 14 million. Among them, up to 60 percent is synthetic drug abusers and most of these synthetic drug abusers are methamphetamine abusers. Although the problem of drug abuse is very serious, there are still serious deficiencies in related researches, including single drug rehabilitation mode, lack of professionals in related fields and lack of effective drug treatment methods.
To solve the serious problem of drug abuse，Shanghai drug abuse treatment center is focusing on craving, relapse prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation of patients with heroin, alcohol and other psychoactive substance dependence. It strives for gaining breakthrough in reducing relapse rates and harmful consequence caused by synthetic drug. At the same time, through these projects, the construction of the addiction department team and staffs training will be accelerated, and an addiction treatment research center integrating medical, teaching, research and prevention will be established.
Based on the previous research, to explore the assessment and comprehensive prevention/intervention mode, and based on the relevant evidence-based research results, combined with the clinical experience and research results of the previous work of the specialist, the team can provide a scientific basis for the development of prevention relapse methods for substance-dependent patients.
Through the implementation of this project and other relevant research projects, using the platforms of Shanghai Mental Health Center, and utilizing the scientific research conditions of domestic and foreign collaborative institutions, a number of backbones with deep academic achievements and certain influence at home and abroad will be created, and hope most talents at abroad will be joined our group to further accelerate the development of this subject.
