上海市儿童医院ECMO 团队救治难治性心肺衰竭已完成37 例，救治总例数居全国PICU 第三位，撤机成功率71.7%，出院存活率68.8%，为全国领先水平，达到国际同类ECMO 支持先进水平。近两年，学科接受全国ECMO 专业进修人员，进行模拟培训，同时也在多媒体平台上给与技术指导。2017 年底加入国际体外生命支持组织(Extracorporeal Life Support Organization，ELSO)，共享国际上的ECMO 数据及相关指南及学习，将ECMO 技术发展的更加成熟及规范。我院ECMO 已成为我国儿童危重症体外生命支持技术发展的重要基地。

Department of Intensive Care Medicine

The ECMO team of Children's Hospital of Shanghai has completed 37 cases of refractory cardiopulmonary failure treatment. The total number of treatment cases ranks third in the national PICU. The success rate of weaning is 71.7% and the discharge survival rate is 68.8%, which reach the national leading level and the support advanced level of international similar ECMO. In the past two years, the discipline has received national ECMO professional training personnel for simulation training, and also provided technical guidance on the multimedia platform. At the end of 2017, our department joined the International Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) to share international ECMO data and related guidelines and learning to further develop and standardize ECMO technology. The ECMO in our department has become an important base for the development of extracorporeal life support technology for critically ill children in China.
