科室开设了听力及言语障碍疾病、头颈肿瘤、唇腭裂头面部整形等亚专业。在儿童睡眠障碍、鼻-鼻窦炎、喉气道等疾病的诊治方面形成规范和体系，获得非常好的口碑。所开展的喉气管成形术以及气管端端吻合术都体现了科室处理疑难重症的能力和水平。

作为上海市儿童听力障碍诊治中心，上海市残联耳蜗定点植入单位，电子耳蜗手术获得多项爱心慈善基金支持，完成的耳蜗手术，都取得了非常好的康复效果。尤其是低龄儿童的耳蜗植入术以及康复尤为有优势。

依仗头颈外科的优势，自2013年起举办国家级继续教育项目《小儿头颈肿瘤诊治新进展》学习班，在儿童颈部先天性疾病，甲状腺肿瘤，涎腺肿瘤等疾病诊治方面与同行分享经验，获得全国各地同仁的称赞。

开展的头面部整形手术有肋软骨雕刻重建耳廓、唇腭裂手术，获得多项爱心公益基金支持。

As the Shanghai Children's Hearing Impairment Center, Shanghai Disabled Persons' Federation designated cochlear implant hospital. Electronic cochlear surgery has received support from a number of charity funds, and the completed cochlear surgery has achieved very good rehabilitation results.
