Introduction

The International Student Union of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine is a student organization dedicated to international students at the medical school. It aims to provide comprehensive support in academics, daily life, and cultural exchange, serving as a bridge between Chinese and international students while enhancing the international atmosphere on campus.

Recruitment Positions

Presidium (2 positions)

Oversee the overall operations of the union and coordinate with multiple resources.  

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required, along with a sense of responsibility.

Organization Department (3 positions)

Plan and execute academic, cultural, sports, and social events.  

Creativity, organizational skills, or prior event planning experience are preferred.

Publicity Department (3 positions)

Design posters, manage social media accounts, handle event photography, and draft press releases.  

Experience in design, copywriting, photography, or social media management (tools are not restricted) is preferred.

Eligibility  

- Current international students enrolled in the School of Medicine (undergraduate, master's, or doctoral programs)  

- Willingness to serve fellow students and a collaborative team spirit  

- Ability to balance academic responsibilities and union work, with a commitment of at least one academic year
