负责人

徐丽丽，医学博士，副主任医师，长期从事慢性口颌面部疼痛及颞下颌关节疾病的临床与科研工作。研究方向涵盖慢性疼痛风险因素分析、口腔行为特征识别与干预、TMD 患者心理评估及头颈姿势的多维度影响机制等。以第一作者或通讯作者发表 TMD 相关论文 22 篇，其中 SCI 论文 19 篇。主译学术专著《颞下颌关节紊乱病：手法、运动与针刺治疗》，在 TMD 精准康复领域具有重要影响力。

团队核心成员

刘莎莎，主治医师，就职于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院康复医学科，医学博士，博士后在站（骨科，3D打印技术临床转化研究中心）。研究方向聚焦于关节疾病的致病机制及治疗策略。作为第一负责人承担上海市卫生健康委员会医学研究专项和上海交通大学“交大之星”医工交叉青年项目。以第一及通讯作者发表SCI论文11篇，中文3篇，参与翻译著作2部，获专利2项。

姚远，康复医学与理疗学硕士，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院康复医学科主管技师。主要从事肌骨康复，包括颞下颌关节紊乱病康复、手外伤术后康复、手部支具制作、关节僵硬康复、淋巴水肿康复等。以颞下颌关节紊乱病为主题，深入探索物理治疗、心理因素、行为矫正等方法对该疾病的治疗与预后影响，并主持局级课题1项，以第一作者或者通讯作者身份发表论文12篇，其中SCI论文5篇。

方仲毅，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院康复医学科总治疗师长，主管技师，上海市康复医学会治疗师专业委员会青年委员。两次赴台湾访问学习肌骨物理治疗与神经松动治疗技术。擅长颈腰痛、运动损伤、关节术后功能障碍、颞下颌关节紊乱病等疾病的康复治疗，特别是运用神经松动术及多种治疗技术改善由脊柱原因引起的复杂性四肢疼痛等症状有比较丰富的临床经验。主译《颞下颌关节紊乱病：手法、运动与针刺治疗》《颞下颌关节紊乱病10步治疗计划》，参编《关节松动术》、《肌骨实践中的临床推理》颞下颌关节章节。

杨洋，运动康复学硕士，上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院康复医学科技师。长期参与颞下颌关节紊乱病相关临床研究与保守治疗实践工作，在口腔行为评估、患者教育干预及疾病复发风险研究方面具有扎实经验。以第一作者发表TMD方向论文5篇，主持院级课题1项。

平台简介

本平台专注于颞下颌关节紊乱病（TMD）的临床研究。我们整合了姿势分析、肌电评估、疼痛量化、影像解读与睡眠监测等多模态评估手段，结合规范化的物理治疗流程，并在多个时间点进行系统随访，从而构建起覆盖“评估—干预—随访”全流程的TMD临床数据库。

通过开展横断面研究、纵向队列研究及随机对照试验等一系列科研工作，本平台致力于深入探究颞下颌关节紊乱病的发病机制、复发规律以及新技术应用效果，旨在为TMD的个体化康复治疗策略提供扎实的循证医学依据。

研究方向介绍

1）构建TMD疾病样本库：本平台围绕TMD的评估、治疗及疗效随访，系统建立TMD临床样本库，并计划逐步从单中心扩展至多中心，为后续开展系列研究奠定数据基础。

2）探究TMD复发危险因素并构建预测模型：分析导致疾病复发的关键危险因素，深入探讨各因素在疾病发生与发展中的交互作用及独立影响，在此基础上构建TMD复发风险预测模型。

3）颞下颌关节生物力学研究：借助运动轨迹传感器等设备，对比分析TMD患者与健康人群在颞下颌关节各维度运动学参数上的差异，从生物力学角度揭示疾病发生的机制。

4）新治疗技术疗效探究：针对冲击波、低强度激光及揿针等多种保守治疗方式，开展疗效对比研究，逐步形成基于循证的多手段治疗体系。
