Research Interests: Pathogenesis and clinical intervention of neonatal intestinal diseases

Biography

He is mainly engaged in clinical and basic research of neonatal surgery and pediatric general surgery, and his research interests are the pathogenesis of neonatal intestinal diseases and clinical interventions. In the study of neonatal necrotizing small intestinal colitis, (i) a stable neonatal rat NEC model was successfully constructed, and small molecule antimicrobial peptide BD3 and probiotics were used to intervene in the animal model, and certain intervention effects were achieved. (ii) explored the mechanisms of intestinal flora, intestinal immunity and autophagy in the development of NEC, and searched for potential targets for intervention. The related basic research results were published in SCI journals such as Cell Biosci, Front Cell Dev Biol, J Pediatr Surg, and presented and exchanged at domestic and international academic conferences such as PAPS and the National Pediatric Surgery Academic Conference. ③Implementation of breastfeeding quality improvement measures has resulted in significant prognostic improvement. Our clinical data showed that the overall survival rate of children with NEC by surgical intervention was about 75%, and the related clinical research results were published in SCI journals and cited many times. ④Constructed the evaluation system for early diagnosis of NEC and established the MDT team for the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal digestive system malformation and NEC. He received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shanghai Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 50 articles, including 34 SCI papers. He is currently a member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Medical Association's Pediatric Surgery Branch, the Vice Chairman of the Youth Committee of the Shanghai Medical Association's Pediatric Surgery Branch, a member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association's Pediatric Oncology Committee, and a member of the Neonatal Minimally Invasive Group of the Chinese Maternal and Child Health Association's Maternal and Child Minimally Invasive Branch. She is also a member of the Youth Editorial Board of the Chinese Journal of Pediatric Surgery, and a member of the Youth Editorial Board of the Journal of Clinical Pediatrics and the World Journal of Pediatric Surgery.
