Biography

Introduction: Huewen Chen, male, Ph. D. supervisor and chief physician of pediatric cardiac surgery at Shanghai Children's Medical Center affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and director of Clinical Research Center of Shanghai Children's Medical Center. He is also the director of the Clinical Research Center of Shanghai Children's Medical Center. He is a leader in Shanghai, an excellent discipline leader of Shanghai Health Care Commission, a quality control expert of the National Quality Control Center for Cardiovascular Diseases, and a deputy director of the Management Committee of the Silver Snake Award of the Young Talent Fund of Shanghai Health Care Commission. He has been engaged in the surgical treatment of congenital heart disease and basic research for 27 years, and is skilled in the diagnosis and treatment of various congenital heart diseases, and is able to perform various types of surgery independently. At present, he is responsible for 8 projects at the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shanghai Municipal Science Commission, and has applied for or obtained 5 patents. He has published 80 papers at home and abroad, including two SCI papers in Circulation (IF 23.603), the top ranking journal in cardiovascular field. He was awarded the second prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology in 2020, the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019, the first prize of Shanghai Pudong New Area Science and Technology Progress Award in 2019, the third prize of Huaxia Medical Award in 2017 and 2016, the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award in 2011, the second prize of Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award in 2011, the third prize of Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award in 2011, and the third prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Third Prize.
