上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院药学部
上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院药学部是一个集药品供应、药事管理、临床药学服务、教学、科研为一体的综合性药学部门，下设门急诊药房、住院药房、干保药房、药库、静脉药物配制中心、临床药学中心、上海交通大学海洋药物融合创新中心等部门，形成仁济东院引领、西院、南院、北院支撑的发展格局；现有药学专业技术人员186人，其中主任药师/研究员4人，副主任药师/副研究员11人；博士生导师3人，硕士生导师2人；具有博士学位13人，硕士学位26人，本科以上学历人员占有率为80%以上，形成了老中青结合、高中初级职称合理搭配的人才梯队。药学部在保障药品供应和质量的基础上，坚持以“合理用药”为核心，以“增强临床能力、创新研究体系”为抓手，重点打造“以循证药学为内核、特色临床为依托”的药物治疗管理创新体系，实现学科建设的跨越式发展，获教育部科技进步一等奖（2022），自然资源部科技进步一等奖（2022），两度获得海洋科学技术一等奖（2018、2022），并获中国医院管理奖金奖（2022），二星级全国青年文明号（2023），助力党支部入选全国公立医院临床科室标杆党支部（2023）、上海市公立医院党建工作样板支部（2022）。
药学部以智慧药学技术推进医院药品信息化和调剂自动化管理，不断优化药品管理与使用流程，提升药师服务质量和效率。已建立完善的网络管理系统，承担医院药品的遴选、采购、验收、贮存、养护、配送以及信息维护、数据上传、药事管理等工作，实现药品的全程化电子追踪；配备全自动发药机、单剂量分包系统、气道物流传输系统、麻精毒药品智能管理系统、冷链监控系统、温湿度监控系统、无人值守取药机等，加强智能化管理，确保药品调剂的准确性；不断优化前置审方系统，利用信息化手段实施前置处方审核和实时拦截，并设立独立的药物咨询室，提供用药指导，保障患者的用药安全；加强病区药学服务，严格精麻药品及抢救车与备用药品管理、加强手术室药房建设；配备有水平层流台、生物安全柜及静脉用药调配机器人，进行包括危害药品、肠外营养药物和其它静脉用药在内的集中调配，保证药品安全得同时做好医护人员防护。药学部目前已顺利通过“RTAC国际认证（药学部分）”复审。2023年承担了约480万张门、急诊处方调配，及22万住院患者的药品供应调剂及制备。
药学部坚守临床合理用药前沿阵地，创建了以临床药学为主体的重大慢病药物治疗管理创新体系，搭建了基于循证用药评价体系的合理用药决策系统，构建了以“精准检测-精细分型-靶向干预”为策略的精准用药体系，形成了抗感染、抗凝、抗肿瘤、内分泌、免疫、妇科、外科、临床药理等八大亚专业齐头并进的发展态势。积极参与MDT多学科诊疗，开展危重症、疑难患者的药物监护，同时依托药学门诊、社区服务、互联网药学服务等，扩大药学服务范围。开创了“研究型临床药师培养模式”（获2021年度中国医院管理奖学科管理组银奖），激励优秀人才脱颖而出：焦伟华荣获国家优青（2020）、杨帆荣获科技部青年科学家（2022），同时还有13人次临床药师获得上海市青年拔尖、上海市科技启明星、浦江人才、扬帆计划等市级人才项目。林厚文主任荣获第十七届上海市科技精英（2022）、全国十大医学促进专家（2023）等。药学部牵头建立国内首个市级“上海抗凝药师联盟”及首个跨区域“长三角抗凝药师联盟”，有力推动区域同质化药物治疗管理模式。
药学部为首批国家临床药师培训基地、卫健委紧缺人才（临床药师）培训基地、中华医学会临床药师培训基地及上海市临床药师培训基地，已培养出全国各省市优秀临床药师200余名。同时作为上海交通大学、上海中医药大学、上海健康医学院等院校毕业实习基地、交大医学院临床药学院院长所在单位，长期致力于搭建优质临床药学教学平台，促进长三角临床药学教学资源共享。此外，药学部针对肿瘤、感染、炎症等重大疾病，聚焦海洋共生生物药源分子的结构与功能，建有海洋药源分子的发现与结构修饰、全合成与生物合成、微生物筛选与发酵、药理活性筛选与靶标-机制等药物创新研究平台，全面提升新药源分子的发现效率并拓宽其来源途径，推动海洋创新药物研发与转化。
药学部临床药物治疗管理及创新药物研究科技成果显著，近十年共获国家级课题50项（含44项国自然），牵头国家重点研发计划项目3项、国家科技重大专项1项，总经费超8000万；在国际期刊发表SCI论文226篇，授权国家发明专利25项（含2项国际PCT专利,1项美国专利）；研发了3个具有自主知识产权的候选新药，《丁烯酸内酯类化合物的制备方法和用途》项目实现科研转让1000万元。学科竞争力蝉联上海市公立医院药剂系列第一名！

The Department of Pharmacy of Renji Hospital is a comprehensive pharmacy department integrating drug supply, pharmacy management, clinical pharmacy service, teaching and scientific research, and consists of outpatient and emergency pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, health care pharmacy, drug storehouse, intravenous drug preparation center, clinical pharmacy center, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University Marine Drug Integration and Innovation Center, etc. It has formed the development pattern of the leadership of the east hospital of Renji, and supported by the west hospital, the south hospital and the north hospital. There are 186 pharmacy professionals and technicians, including 4 chief pharmacists/researchers, 11 deputy chief pharmacists/associate researchers, 3 doctoral supervisors, 2 master's supervisors, 13 doctoral degree holders and 26 master's degree holders. The percentage of personnel with bachelor's degree or above is more than 80%, which forms a talent ladder with a combination of the old, the middle-aged and the young, and a reasonable mix of high school and junior titles. On the basis of guaranteeing the supply and quality of drugs, the Department of Pharmacy adheres to the core of “rational use of drugs”, takes “enhancing clinical ability and innovative research system” as the key, and focuses on building a drug therapy program “based on evidence-based pharmacy as the kernel, and clinical features as the support”. The Department of Pharmacy was awarded the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ministry of Education (2022), the first prize of Scientific and Technological Progress of the Ministry of Natural Resources (2022), the first prize of Marine Science and Technology (2018, 2022), the China Hospital Management Prize Award (2022), the two-star National model worker team (2023), and the Party's support for the Party's development and development. The Department of Pharmacy promotes the hospital's drug informatization and dispensing automation management with intelligent pharmacy technology, continuously optimizes the drug management and usage process, and improves the quality and efficiency of pharmacist services. It has established a mature network management system to undertake the selection, procurement, acceptance testing, storage, maintenance and distribution of hospital drugs, as well as information maintenance, data uploading and pharmacy management, etc., realizing full electronic tracking of drugs. It is equipped with fully automatic dispensers, single-dose packet system, airway logistics transmission system, intelligent management system for anesthetic, psychotropic and poisonous drugs, cold-chain monitoring system, temperature and humidity monitoring system, and unmanned drug pick-up machine, etc., to strengthen intelligent management and ensure the accuracy of drug dispensing. It continuously optimized the pre-prescription system, utilized information technology to implement pre-prescription audit and real-time interception, and set up an independent drug consultation room to provide medication guidance and guarantee the safety of patients' medication; strengthened the pharmacy service in the wards, and strictly controlled the management of the essential and numbing drugs as well as the rescue carts and standby drugs and strengthened the construction of pharmacy in the operation rooms. The Department of Pharmacy is equipped with horizontal laminar flow table, bio-safety cabinet and intravenous drug dispensing robot, carrying out centralized dispensing of hazardous drugs, parenteral nutrition drugs and other intravenous drugs to ensure drug safety and protect the medical and nursing staffs at the same time. The Department of Pharmacy has successfully passed the review of “RTAC International Accreditation (Pharmacy Section)”, and in 2023, it has been responsible for the dispensing of about 4.8 million outpatient and emergency prescriptions, and 220,000 inpatient medicines supply and preparation.
The Department of Pharmacy has been at the forefront of rational use of medication in clinics, created an innovative system of drug therapy management for major chronic diseases with clinical pharmacy as the main body, set up a rational use of medication decision-making system based on an evidence-based drug evaluation system, constructed a precise use of medication system based on the strategy of “precise detection, fine typing and targeted intervention”, and formed a development situation in which eight subspecialties are advancing in parallel, including anti-infective, anti-coagulant, antitumor, endocrine, immunology, gynecology, surgery and clinical pharmacology. It actively participatesin multidisciplinarydiagnosis and treatment, carries out drug monitoring for critically ill and difficult patients, and expands the scope of pharmacy services by relying on pharmacy outpatient clinics, community services and Internet pharmacy services. We have created the “Research-based Clinical Pharmacist Cultivation Mode” (awarded the Silver Prize in the Discipline Management Category of the China Hospital Management Award 2021), which has inspired outstanding talents to stand out: Jiao Weihua has been awarded the National Excellent Young Scientist (2020), Yang Fan has been awarded the Young Scientist of the Ministry of Science and Technology (2022), and 13 clinical pharmacists have been awarded the Shanghai Youth Award, the Shanghai Science and Technology Star Award, Pujiang Talent, Yangfan Program and other municipal talent programs. Lin Houwen, Director of the Department of Pharmacy, was awarded the 17th Shanghai Science and Technology Elite (2022) and the National Top Ten Medical Promotion Experts (2023). The Department of Pharmacy led the establishment of the first municipal “Shanghai Anticoagulant Pharmacist Alliance” and the first cross-regional “Yangtze River Delta Anticoagulant Pharmacist Alliance” in China, which strongly promoted the regional homogenization of drug therapy management model.
The Department of Pharmacy is the first batch of national clinical pharmacist training bases, the training base for the shortage of talents (clinical pharmacist) of the Health and Welfare Commission, the training base for clinical pharmacists of the Chinese Medical Association and the training base for clinical pharmacists of Shanghai Municipality, and it has cultivated more than 200 excellent clinical pharmacists in various provinces and cities across the country. Meanwhile, as the graduation internship base of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai Medical College of Health Sciences and other institutions, and the dean of the School of Clinical Pharmacy of Jiaotong University School of Medicine, the Department has long been committed to building a high-quality clinical pharmacy teaching platform, and promoting the sharing of clinical pharmacy teaching resources in the Yangtze River Delta. In addition, the Department of Pharmacy focuses on the structure and function of drug-derived molecules of marine symbiotic organisms in the light of tumors, infections, inflammation and other major diseases, and has established drug innovation research platforms for the discovery and structural modification of drug-derived molecules, total synthesis and biosynthesis, microbial screening and fermentation, and screening of pharmacological activities and targets-mechanisms, to comprehensively enhance the discovery efficiency of new drug-derived molecules and broaden the pathway of origin, so as to promote the research and development and translation of innovative drugs in the marine environment.
The Department of Pharmacy has made remarkable scientific and technological achievements in clinical drug therapy management and innovative drug research. In the past ten years, it has been awarded 50 national projects (including 44 NSFC projects), 3 national key research and development projects and 1 national scientific and technological major special project, with a total funding of more than 80 million yuan. It has published 226 SCI papers in international journals, and has been authorized to issue 25 national invention patents (including 2 international PCT patents and 1 U.S. patent).It developed 3 new drug candidates with independent intellectual property rights, and the project of “Preparation Method and Usage of Butenolides” has realized 10 million Yuan of scientific research transfer. The competitiveness of the discipline has been ranked first in the pharmacy series of Shanghai public hospitals for several consecutive years!
