上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院药剂科
上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院药剂科是以药品采购、处方调配、制剂生产、静脉配置、临床药学及药学科研为一体的综合性医技科室。现有药学专业技术人员130人，护士22人，其中高级职称5人。
结合学科建设和临床实际的需要，药剂科设有药库、门诊药房、急诊药房、发热药房、感染科药房、口腔科药房、中药房、住院药房、手术室药房、静脉药物配置中心、制剂室、分析室、临床药学室、药物研究室等部门。科室各部门均建立了完整的组织体系，确保学科建设扎实推进，使临床药学的服务质量与水平满足政府医改和医院工作的需求。科室连续多年获得上海市“药事管理先进单位”，切实为临床合理用药提供保障和支撑。
药剂科2020年被授予“上海市临床药学重点专科”。科室坚持“以患者为中心”，秉持“药学服务，在您身边”的理念，建立信息化药学服务平台，促进合理用药，保障用药安全；开设药学门诊，提供特色临床药学服务；创立精准药物治疗平台，促进个体化用药；增进交流，搭建九院医联体慢病服务平台；加强合作，参与多学科诊疗。以此基础上建立全方位的临床药学服务模式，推进区域药学服务体系建设。
自2016年药剂科融合以来，科室共承担国家自然基金、上海市科委、申康医院发展中心、卫健委等各级课题50余项，其中国家自然基金11项；发表国内外论文100余篇，其中SCI收录62篇，总影响因子297.392，以及核心期刊论文68篇。
本学科拥有药学博士点、硕士点及博士后流动站，开展研究生的培养以及本科生的带教工作，目前已培养研究生26名，其中多人获得国家级、市级或校级荣誉。每年承担上海交通大学口腔医学院大班课的教学工作及复旦大学药学院、上海中医药大学、上海健康医学院、蚌埠医学院等学校本科实习生的带教任务。
学科研究团队是由富有团结求实、创新进取精神的中青年科研人员组成，其中有5人获上海医苑新星人才计划，4人获上海市青年科技英才扬帆计划，2人获教委优秀青年教师人才计划，1人获上海交通大学SMC晨星学者人才计划，10人获院优青人才培养计划。
研究团队依托的实验平台是上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院实验中心以及精准药物治疗实验室，具备较完整的技术研究体系，拥有国际一流的科研仪器，能为课题组项目的实施和完成提供强有力的支持。
药剂科同时也是中国医院协会以及中华医学会临床药师培训基地，带教培养了100余名临床药学学员。通过药学人才建设，药剂科已培养了一批符合临床药学建设和基础与应用药学研究所需要的新型高素质人才，建立了临床药学稳定的人才队伍。
Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine
The Department of Pharmacy at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine is a comprehensive medical and technical department that integrates drug procurement, prescription dispensing, formulation production, intravenous admixture, clinical pharmacy, and pharmaceutical research. The department currently has 130 pharmaceutical professionals and 22 nurses, including five with senior professional titles.
In line with the needs of discipline development and clinical practice, the Department of Pharmacy is organized into several divisions, including drug storeroom, outpatient pharmacy, emergency pharmacy, fever clinic pharmacy, infectious disease pharmacy, dental clinic pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine pharmacy, inpatient pharmacy, operating room pharmacy, intravenous admixture center, formulation room, analytical lab, clinical pharmacy office, and drug research lab. Each division has established a comprehensive organizational structure to ensure the solid advancement of the discipline and to meet the quality and service standards required by government healthcare reforms and hospital operations. The department has been recognized as an "Advanced Unit in Pharmaceutical Management" in Shanghai for several consecutive years, ensuring the provision of reliable support for rational drug use in clinical practice.
In 2020, the Department of Pharmacy was designated as a "Shanghai Key Specialty in Clinical Pharmacy." The department adheres to a "patient-centered" approach, embracing the philosophy of "Pharmaceutical Services by Your Side." It has established an information-based pharmaceutical service platform to promote rational drug use and ensure medication safety, launched a pharmaceutical outpatient clinic offering specialized clinical pharmacy services, and created a precision medicine platform to advance individualized medication. Additionally, the department has fostered communication and collaboration by establishing a chronic disease service platform within the hospital’s medical consortium and participating in multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment. These efforts have laid the foundation for a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service model and the development of a regional pharmaceutical service system.
Since its integration in 2016, the department has undertaken over 50 research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology, Shanghai Hospital Development Center, andShanghai MunicipalHealth Commission, including 11 National Natural Science Foundation projects. The department has published over 100 papers domestically and internationally, with 62 indexed in SCI, accumulating a total impact factor of 297.392, as well as 68 core journal articles.
The department offers doctoral, master's, and postdoctoral programs in pharmacy, providing training for graduate students and teaching for undergraduates. To date, it has trained 26 graduate students, many of whom have received national, municipal, or university-level honors. The department also annually undertakes large-class teaching for the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Stomatology and supervises undergraduate interns from institutions such as Fudan University School of Pharmacy, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences, and Bengbu Medical University.
The research team is composed of dedicated and innovative young and middle-aged researchers. Among them, five have been awarded the Shanghai Medical New Star Talent Program, four have been selected for the Shanghai Youth Science and Technology Talent Sail Program, two have been recognized by the Shanghai Education Commission’s Outstanding Young Teacher Talent Program, one has received the Shanghai Jiao Tong University SMC Morning Star Scholar Talent Program, and ten have been included in the hospital’s Outstanding Young Talent Cultivation Program.
The research team operates from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Affiliated Ninth People’s Hospital Experimental Center and the Precision Medicine Laboratory, which are equipped with state-of-the-art research instruments and a comprehensive technical research system, providing robust support for the implementation and completion of projects.
The Department of Pharmacy is also a Clinical Pharmacist Training Base for the Chinese Hospital Association and the Chinese Medical Association, having trainedover 100clinical pharmacy trainees. Through its focus on pharmaceutical talent development, the department has cultivated a cohort of high-quality professionals essential for the development of clinical pharmacy and fundamental and applied pharmaceutical research, thereby establishing a stable and robust clinical pharmacy talent pool.
