儿童青少年精神科介绍
上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心儿童青少年精神科成立于1986，目前科主任是杜亚松教授。自2001以来儿童青少年精神科已进入上海市精神卫生中心重点学科建设，学科建设的主攻方向是儿童和青少年精神疾病、心理卫生问题的医疗、教学、科研。目前包括儿少门诊、儿少病房和儿童青少年行为研究室，提供全方位的临床服务。
儿少门诊部服务对象为18岁以下儿童青少年及其家长，开展注意缺陷多动障碍、行为问题、焦虑症、抑郁症、孤独谱系障碍、精神疾患的评估及诊断治疗。对几种常见的精神疾病，我们开展了注意缺陷多动障碍、焦虑症、精神分裂症家长课堂、焦虑症青少年团体治疗等。
儿少精神科病房于2006年成立，共有25张床位，接受并服务于来自上海和全国其他地区的儿少精神疾病及心理障碍患儿。
治疗特色
首先针对儿童和青少年心理发展进行评估，主要包括智力、言语发育、行为发育、情绪发育、躯体发育等的评估。其次，儿少病房内针对患者的不同情况，组织开展了适应儿童青少年心理特点包括家庭治疗、集体心理治疗、团体艺术治疗（包括音乐治疗、绘画治疗）、个别心理治疗（认知行为治疗）等多种治疗方法相结合的综合医疗模式。除此之外，针对儿少精神障碍家长的培训（包括ADHD、焦虑障碍、抽动症、精神分裂症等）。
医护团队
儿少科拥有16名全职医师，正高4名，副主任医师6名，主治医师3名，音乐治疗师1名，行为训练师2名，住院医师3名。学历：硕士及以上学历占到90%，获得博士学位医师6名，在读博士2名。并有5名兼职主治医师，提供门诊服务。护士10名，其中主管护师2名，大专及以上学历占85%以上。
教学方面
承担了上海交通大学医学院的本科生、硕士和博士研究生的教学工作；全国精神科医师进修班儿科学、儿少精神病学进修生、研修生的教学工作；复旦大学上海医学院本科生、研究生的教学工作；同济大学医学院教学医院本科生、研究生的教学工作；华东师范大学、上海师范大学心理学专业本科生的教学工作。
研究方面
近年来承担的较多的科研工作包括国家自然科学基金、国家科技部973项目子课题、国家十一五科技支撑项目子课题、上海市自然科学基金、上海市卫生局基金、上海市卫生局青年基金、上海交通大学医工交叉基金。
国际合作
参与美国、英国、澳大利亚等多项国际研究合作。

Brief Introduction
Department of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry（DCAP）in Shanghai Mental Health Center Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine was founded in 1986，including child and adolescent outpatient and child behavior research center. Since 2001, DCAP has been as one of key department directed by Prof Du Yasong in Shanghai Mental Health Centre. Children Psychiatric Ward was built, having 25 inpatient beds to provide clinical service for patients with mental disorders onset occurring in childhood and adolescence in 2006. Then DCAP has three key parts: inpatient section, outpatient section and research unit, which provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people with a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff. At present, DCAP has been regarded as one of leading centers of treatment, teaching and research for the patients with mental disorders onset during childhood & adolescence in China.
Master degree student and PhD student in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry including child psychiatry, cognitive psychology and neuroscience and 3-4 Trainees from almost all of provinces in China every year will enter our department to conduct research work，clinical work or training.
DCAP provides a friendly and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to interact with senior staff on issues surrounding research design and analysis.Further, students are given the unique opportunity to be treated like staff members.This includes attending staff meetings, sharing ideas about research, and attending conferences both locally and internationally.This unique student environment is an ideal gateway between being a university student and joining the research workforce.
Out-patient service
Since 1986, famous experts Prof Xu Taoyuan as well as experienced child psychiatrist have consulted patients from across the country. Seven day /a week clinical service including mental health assessment, psychological counseling, psychotherapy, clinical diagnosis, pharmacotherapy and child behavioral training in workday (AM 8:00-PM 4:30, Monday-Sunday) is provided for all types of mental disorders with onset occurring in childhood and adolescence. Every year, about 35,000 patients from all over the country will go to see our doctors for medical treatment or psychological support. In recent 5 years, the out-patient consultations grow larger than before.
Out-patient section is able to provide a comprehensive assessment of the following difficulties in children and adolescents: oppositional defiant problems，conduct problems, attention difficulties, impulsiveness, anxiety difficulties, depressive difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder problems, early-onset psychotic symptoms.
Out-patient section of DCAP also provides a serial of excellent mental health care and psychological rehabilitation educations or plans for patients, families. For several common mental disorders, we conducted a variety of ill children parents’ classrooms to provide psycho-education work for patients with ADHD, tic disorders, anxiety disorders, depression and schizophrenia or their parents’.
Child Psychiatric Ward
There are 25 beds for inpatient service. This ward has offered clinical service for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Schizophrenia, Depression, manic, bipolar disorder, OCD with Children, Children with Emotional Disorder, Behavioral Problems, Learning Disabilities, Child with Tic Disorder and so on. Most patients were treated with medication and psychotherapy including cognitive behavior therapy, family therapy, music therapy, group therapy, and so on. Modified electroconvulsive therapy (MECT) is also a treatment selected for a small number of severe mental illnesses.
Social Service
DCAP provides evaluation and guidance about mental health for the kindergarten and primary, secondary school children. DCAP has took the charge of scientific education for community of almost every suburb of Shanghai city. DCAP was approved as an ADHD health education base in China by Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China and provide enough support for some educational training for ADHD, anxiety, tic disorder, autism and schizophrenia patients and their parents in China.
Research Unit
We conducted a variety of research projects which were Executive function deficit in the Child and adolescent depression and those of using fMRI technique, Generalization and application of comprehensive intervention technique for Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, study on brain function change of Internet addiction patients using fMRI technique, Genetic study on child autism, and study on the adolescent anxiety using brain functional magnetic resonance imaging technique. We also had the International Cooperation Projects with the experts from University of Dundee, Harvard University, The University of Melbourne and UCLA.
