作为一个出色的儿童呼吸中心，为儿童常见呼吸道疾病的诊治建立了规范。为儿童慢性肺疾病和罕见病提供长期管理和护理支持。我们的肺病专家和团队帮助患有最复杂呼吸道疾病的儿童更加轻松的呼吸。

每天有许多疑难、重症和难治的病人从上海各区及全国各地转诊来到我们“儿童呼吸道感染性疾病诊治中心“和哮喘诊治分中心”，在这里我们帮助这些患儿更好控制疾病，较少急诊和反复住院，提高生活质量。

我们与重症急救、心胸外科、微生物实验室、影像科以及基因组学等其他专业的专家有着广泛的合作，采用创新的方法诊断和治疗儿童疑难和重症的肺疾病。我们已开展支气管镜术4000余例。应用冷冻、激光、电凝、氩气刀等三四级支气管镜介入技术，完成三四级介入手术十余例。

每年围绕儿童呼吸道疾病进展举办的上海儿童呼吸论坛，深受同道欢迎和广泛赞誉。形式多样的儿童呼吸道疾病知识普及和公益活动和家长学校也已成为广大家长好朋友。

在医疗联体合作单位建立规范化基层社区儿童雾化中心，实现儿童呼吸道慢病的分级诊疗和长期管理。获得全国首批儿童哮喘标准化门诊示范中心。

Respiratory department

The respiratory departmentof CHOS is alsoone of the earliest pediatric specialty in China.Now it hasbecome a leading discipline with complete subspecialties. It has developed rapidly infields of pediatric respiratory infectious diseases，asthma and allergic diseases，chroniclung diseases，rarelungdiseases，sleepbreath disorders as well as inspecialty technology such as technology pulmonary function，bronchoscopy and pharyngeal pH monitoring.

As an outstanding children's respiratory center, we have established standards for the diagnosis and treatment of common respiratory diseases in childrenand provided long-term management and care for chronic lung diseases and rare lung diseases in children.Our pulmonary specialists and their team help the children with the most complex respiratory diseases breathe more easily.

Every day, many patients with severe and/or refractory lung diseases are referred to the center of children's respiratory infectious disease and the sub-center of asthma from various districts of Shanghai and all over the country. We help these children to control the disease better, have fewer emergency visits and repeated hospitalization, and improve their quality of life.

We have extensive cooperation with the experts from severe emergency cardiothoracic surgery, microbiology laboratory, image division, genomics, and other specialties. We adopt the innovative method to treat the patients with difficult and severe pulmonary disease. We have carried out more than 4000 cases of bronchoscopy, Three or four stage bronchoscope interventional techniques such asfreezing，laser，electrocoagulation，argon knifeetc. were applied in more than 10 cases.

Shanghai Children’s Respiratory Forum Held annually in Shanghai, which mainly focus on the progression in pediatric respiratory disease. It is always welcome and widespread praise bypediatricians.

Various forms of children's respiratory disease knowledge popularization and public welfare activitiesand the school of patient’s parents hasalso become parent good friends.

A standardized atomization center for children in communities was established in thelocal medical cooperative units andrealized the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment and long-term managementfor the pediatric respiratory tract chronic diseases. We were granted the first batch of standardized outpatient demonstration centers for children's asthma in China.
