小鼠和人类生殖干细胞的分离、培养、鉴定、体外培养、自我更新与分化的基因调控和信号转导

2003年在中国科学院动物研究所获得细胞生物学专业博士学位。

工作经历：

2004年2月-2008年2月在美国乔治城大学(Georgetown University)医学院做博士后研究。

2008年3月1日至2011年2月7日被美国乔治城大学医学院聘任为助理研究员。2012-2017上海交通大学医学院研究员、博士研究生导师、生殖干细胞研究室主任。

现任湖南师范大学医学院院长。
