研究方向:

基于干细胞的神经修复与再生

细胞重编程/转分化技术不但可以利用病人自身细胞为来源诱导产生疾病治疗所需细胞类型,也为体外疾病模拟、细胞命运转变调控机制研究和药物筛选提供了良好模型。本课题组将以体细胞重编程/(转)分化为模型,解析细胞命运维持和转变的调控机制;利用最新的细胞培养和基因编辑技术,探究器官发育/疾病发生的机理;通过化合物筛选等技术,研发针对神经系统发育/退行性疾病的药物疗法。课题组的长期研究目标是深入理解细胞命运决定机制,研发体外和体内定向诱导产生疾病治疗所需细胞的技术,推动干细胞治疗的临床转化。

个人简历:

2002年7月毕业于厦门大学,获学士学位;2009年7月毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学与细胞生物学研究所获博士学位;2010年9月至2016年11月分别在美国Scripps研究所和加州大学旧金山分校Gladstone研究所从事博士后研究,导师:丁胜教授
