个人简介

胡小林，实验师，2013年本科毕业于上海交通大学生物信息系；2015-2021年在清华大学攻读生物学博士学位；2021年7月起在上海交通大学公共卫生学系就职。

胡小林博士主要基于二代测序的生物信息学方法，研究转录及转录后调控的研究。擅长公共数据挖掘、单细胞转录组、空间转录组、常规转录组、非编码RNA转录组、全基因组、表观遗传学等领域的数据分析。
