个人简介

2003-2007年毕业于英国爱丁堡大学,获生物技术学士学位;2008-2009年毕业于英国剑桥大学,获生物信息学硕士学位;2012-2016年毕业于英国剑桥大学,获生物信息学博士学位。期间曾在辉瑞制药,桑格基因研究所,剑桥大学血液系工作实习。2016-2020年于英国剑桥大学干细胞所Bertie Gottgens教授实验室任博士后,主要负责生物大数据分析、分析流程的构建以及相关算法的优化和开发。特别是利用单细胞多组学测序技术,研究心脏早期发育、心脏损伤修复以及血液分化和各种血液疾病模型,通过生物信息学方法揭示细胞异质性,并开发新的细胞分化途径算法,以阐明底层的分子调控机制。共发表论文15篇,其中近5年发表Science 1篇(2018,IF 41.845,共同一作第二位),Nature Communications 1篇(2020,IF 12.124,共同一作第二位),OncoImmunology 1 篇(2021,IF 5.869,一作),Development 1篇(2020,IF 5.843,共同一作第二位)。

主要研究方向 

通过单细胞多组学测序,从造血角度,在细胞和分子层面解读心血管疾病,特别是动脉粥样硬化的发生与发展。相关结果将为未来医疗转化提供一个新的视角,可以通过调控造血的方式,来防范动脉粥样硬化和/或减轻疾病症状。
