江南大学与美国康奈尔大学（Cornell University）联合培养博士。主要从事母乳脂肪、生物活性物质与子代营养健康的关系及机制研究。共发表研究论文13篇，其中第一作者及通讯文章9篇。发表教学论文1篇，国际会议论文2篇，国家授权专利2项。引入企业横向项目308万合作。
